Purpose of the processing of personal data
The basis for the processing is the customer relationship, consent, commission, or other factual and proper relationship such as the marketing of our services. Personal data is processed in order to manage communication, marketing, customer satisfaction and other corresponding activities.

Information content of the registry
The registry contains general contact information such as the name of the company, contact person, address and telephone information, email address, mailing address and business sector.

Regular information sources
Information is received from those registered and in connection with normal activities of the controller.

Systematic handing over of information
Information is not handed over to third parties. According to Finnish Law only authorities have the right to receive information.

Transfer of information outside
EU or EEA (European Economic Area) Information will not be transferred or handed over outside EU or EEA. Registry protection principles Data is managed by sales and marketing personnel of Fincoat Oy.

The right to ask for corrections and deletions
Each person included in the registry has the right to ask for a correction or deletion of his/her personal information by addressing a written request to the controller of the registry or to a contact person.

Storage of data
We continuously filter out and remove information which is no longer required.
